My client, a privately owned property group, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to work directly with the CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for a top-class EA with a strong business sense, ideally with knowledge of construction or real estate.
This office-based role is in Dublin City Centre and comes with an excellent salary package and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
• Manage the CEO's diary and maintain the CEO's filing.
• Handle office supplies and meeting rooms.
• Oversee office service contracts (e.g., telephone, IT, cleaners).
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Provide centralised administrative support for site-based and operational management.
• Handle ancillary accounts duties (e.g., credit card management).
• Ensure the office is maintained in an orderly manner.
• Manage diary coordination and information sharing.
• Research and report on market and media reports.
Governance Functions – Board Meetings
• Schedule agendas for each meeting.
• Coordinate and issue packs for meetings in advance.
• Take and agree on minutes with the CEO and Chairman of each meeting.
• Schedule actions arising from meetings, assign responsibilities and timelines, and follow up to ensure delivery.
Activities of All Businesses within the Group
• Advise on and set up systems to manage the individual businesses and Business Heads more effectively.
• Coordinate the production of business plans for the Group and each of its businesses.
• Track, flag, and report deadlines and deliverables for each Business Unit Head.
