CPL has partnered exclusively with a private equity-backed, leading Irish brand headquartered in Dublin. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and, as part of its strategic expansion, they are looking to bring on a Finance Business Partner.
The Finance Business Partner will report directly into the CFO and be responsible for supporting financial decision-making and driving performance. There is excellent opportunity for the Finance Business Partner to progress into a Finance Director as the company continues on its high-growth trajectory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to business units, providing insights to support decision-making and performance improvements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning processes to set challenging yet achievable financial targets.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and revenue-enhancement strategies to maximise financial efficiency and value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering financial accountability and supporting key decisions.
- Provide financial analysis for projects, investments, and contract negotiations, assessing risks and potential outcomes.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CPA Qualified
- Circa 2+ years PQE in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
- Experience within the entertainment, hospitality or retail sector highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
