My client in Dublin West have an immediate requirement for a Financial Accountant for an immediate start.
The role is based in HQ in Clonee, Dublin 15 and will report to the Financial Controller.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in core finance in a fast paced industry that is growing.
Key tasks will include:
· Manage the Billing and Collections team and the AP function on a day-to-day basis.
· Manage Supplier Payment Run & reconciliations
· Credit Card reconciliations.
· Manage the efficient utilization of cash and loans
· Prepare and manage accurate billing information, including ensuring ERP customer data updates are applied, issuing customer invoices, receipts and bills and sending these to the customers
· Work with internal and external auditors
· VAT Accounting and Reporting
· Manage Corporate Tax Reporting
· Processing non-creditor payments
· Manage and process Intercompany transactions
· Manage fixed asset accounting and reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years working in a Finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
- Recently qualified accountant or finalist -ACA / ACCA / CPA accreditation
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Navision
