The Role: Front of House Manager
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Front of House Manager will oversee all Front Office operations. You’ll lead, guide, and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service that aligns with the Moxy Hotel’s vision and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence: Ensure the Front Office team provides exceptional guest experiences, meeting and exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate Front Office and Guest Service staff to maintain the highest levels of performance and professionalism.
- Operational Standards: Uphold and enforce all Front Office procedures, ensuring compliance with the hotel’s standards and brand strategies.
- Supportive Management: Assist in overall hotel operations, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the Front Office, implementing changes to enhance service and efficiency.
- Strategic Focus: Align the Front Office team with Moxy’s strategic goals and vision, driving operational success and guest satisfaction.
