Global Marketing Operations Assistant Manager
Our client, a fast-growing international Galway based direct sales company in the Health Technology industry, is looking to hire a Global Marketing Operations Assistant Manager.
The successful person will be a skilled and analytical individual with proven experience in leveraging analytical tools for data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in enhancing our marketing strategies through insightful data collection and analysis and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying trends, optimizing operations, and driving marketing performance across global markets. This role will also govern internal marketing training and ensure compliance with marketing processes across the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize Tableau to analyze marketing data, derive actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
- Governance of the Global Business Roadmap Process
- Manage and optimize the use of marketing technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.
- Assist with marketing budget, and performance analysis to ensure optimal allocation of resources and ROI maximization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, communications, e-commerce, creative, sales, business intelligence and customer service, to align operations and strategies.
- Lead the development and maintenance of scalable internal marketing processes that ensure best practices are adhered to.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, marketing trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Develop training and platform governance program related to marketing tools, processes and procedures to enhance skills, knowledge and adherence of the wider team.
- Leverage customer feedback and ensure relevant marketing teams fulfil actionable items from said feedback.
- Assist with Product Merchandise Strategy.
- Become a super-user of the project management platform, Smartsheet.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is an advantage but not essential.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations role or similar.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, excel, word and PPT.
- Strong user of PowerPoint or presenting tools
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally across departments and with external third parties.
- Ability to work both independently, seek guidance as needed, and work within a global team across time zones.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 10% per year.
