One of our clients in Finance looking for a Governance Associate / Board Admin Support.

8 week Contract

Hybrid working policy

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in planning and organising Board Meetings including organising clear and appropriate papers;
• Supporting all aspects of the work of key Board Committees involving planning, organising and attending meetings, organising clear and appropriate papers and preparing detailed fit for purpose
• minutes;
• Maintaining schedules of topics and action logs and following up to ensure that all decisions are executed;
• Supporting the annual effectiveness evaluation process for the Board and committees

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience working in a company secretarial capacity, ideally including financial services experience;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with high impact and well-developed influencing and stakeholder management/engagement skills;
• Ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, balancing multiple priorities and executing against tight deadlines;
• Strong planning and organisational skills;
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
•  Knowledge of Diligent Board Portal software.
