HR Administrator – 9 month FTC– Dublin City (Flexible Hybrid Working)
An exciting opportunity or a Senior HR Administrator to join a Public Sector Organisation on a permanent contract. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a HR role.
Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate and support the Recruitment and Selection life cycle
· Liaise with recruiting managers to develop role profiles, person specifications and advertising material
· Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
· Participate as part of interview panels
· Administer HR related documentation, such as employment contracts
· Arrange staff inductions and onboarding
· Contribute to policy development in line with best practice and continuously develop and improve the recruitment and selection process.
· Support the HR team in implementing safety management systems
· Provide administrative support to health and safety committees and working groups
· Set up training programmes ensuring notifications are issued, facilities arranged, and appropriate records are kept
· Support the HR team in sourcing and delivering Training initiatives

· Contribute to policy development in line with best practice and continuously develop and improve the learning and development process.
· Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries – research and resolve problems where appropriate
· Assist the HR team with the development and maintenance of HR policies and processes
· Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
Requirements:
· A minimum of two years’ experience in a HR support role
· HR Qualification desired
· proficient at MS Office
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
