Cpl HR recruitment are looking to partner with a large public sector client in recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work within a broad HR team in North Dublin. Supporting all elements of HR, you will provide strategic advise, offer operational day to day support and have the opportunity to support the people direction for the organisation.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Support with implementing the people strategies across the organisation
- Drive the people first approach
- Provide senior leadership with solid HR advise and guidance
- Work closely with the TA team on people planning and resourcing to ensure top talent is attracted to the organisation
- Ensure all ER issues are managed to prevent escalations and foster a positive culture
Skills and experience required:
- Degree in HR or similar is desirable, with CIPD would be ideal
- Experience working in a large HR team
- Working Irish employment law experience is essential
- HR Business Partnering experience is essential
- Have the ability to work independently with strong decision making skills
