Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Lead to work with a Large organisation in Dublin City. The successful candidate must have Team Lead experience and 5 + Years HR Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all areas of people management
- Managing and coaching the team ensuring effective performance manage to ensure delivery of overall Key Performance targets, and business plans
- Administer HR elements of payroll, pension, leave, and annual compensation cycle
- Accountable for ensuring the accurate and consistent delivery sickness and absence reporting, including monthly reporting to managers staff change
- Correctly maintain employees’ personnel files through the inputting of information into the HR systems, on boarding of new starters, processing of leavers accurately
- Develop metrics and service level agreements for core work and transactions.
- Support the team with HR requests and provide guidance to managers on process guidelines, including complex escalated issues
Requirements:
- 5 Years HR Experience
- Employee Relations Experience
- HR/ Business Degree and CIPD Qualification
