Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Manager to join a Global Sales Company. The successful candidate must have 5 + years experience. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for and oversee all HR tasks. Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills are required. The HR Manager must have excellent experience in employee relations, performance management, benefits, learning and development and all while promoting high levels of engagement.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
· Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are professionally engaged and connected.
· Coordinate the performance review process.
· Understand and adhere to all labour laws.
· Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
· Monitor HR department’s budget.
· Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
· Work with department heads to identify key positions and talent gaps, implementing strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent development.
· Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
· Coach and develop leaders across the business to enhance leadership styles so they achieve better outcomes with their teams.
· Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
· Monitor key HR metrics and develop reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
· HR Degree or CIPD Qualified desired
· 5 + years HR Experience
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
