Overview:
Our client is seeking a talented HR Officer to support their leadership team across Ireland in building and developing an engaged and high performing workforce. Hybrid model of 2 days onsite 3 days remote working. You must have an Irish driving license and a car for travel requirements across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cinema leaders to identify and nurture talent, providing guidance on career development and growth opportunities.
- Work with the People Service Team to address employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive culture across the business.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide valuable local insights to enhance HR practices and ensure compliance with Irish regulations.
- Drive colleague engagement initiatives and foster open communication to maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure adherence to Irish employment laws, maintaining accurate HR documentation and staying updated on best practices and legal changes.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in HR, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Ability to adapt HR strategies to local culture and business needs.
