Responsibilities:
-Transform prospects into sales to achieve and exceed personal targets.
-Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
-Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities.
-Deal with all customer requests in a timely manner while providing highest level of customer service.
Experience and Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines insurance.
-APA qualification.
-Excellent organisational skills.
-Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
-Highly motivated and resilient.
-Relay knowledge an advantage.
