Insurance Representative opportunity in AXA branch office.
We’re looking for positive customer service professionals - some previous experience would be great, but more important will be your passion for customer service, natural talent for connecting with people, quick problem-solving ability as well as great communication and computer skills.
What you’ll be doing daily:
- You’ll spend your time in a local branch office, engaging with our customers face to face
- Identifying and meeting their needs, across new business and renewals, as well as other service-related interactions.
- Together with other branch colleagues, you may occasionally be involved in external business development activities, promoting AXA across various community and business initiatives.
Skills & Qualification:
- No experience required, all we ask for is great customer service skills as customers are at the heart of what we do and if you're as passionate about helping customers as we are, you’re already one step closer.
- Friendly & good communication skills
- Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets
- Computer knowledge
