I am working with a global asset servicing banking group to hire for their finance team. I am hiring for an Invoicing Administrator for the office based in Dublin 2. This position is a fixed term contract offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Candidates must be immediately available to start.
Responsibilities:
• The Invoicing Administrator will assist with the production of monthly invoices for clients.
• Set-Up client fee parameters in the proprietary fees system to facilitate automated calculation of the Fees.
• Ensure accurate fee calculation through checks and testing of set-ups.
• Monitor back-log for assigned clients and adhere to agreed timelines.
• Communicating with all internal and external resources in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements:
• Excellent Excel skills and numerical fluency.
• Minimum of third level qualification in the field of accounting or a related field
• Experience in finance/invoicing
• Experience with Fund Service Provider invoicing desirable
