Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Oversee IT operations in multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize IT processes.
- Support system users, diagnose technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage IT-related projects, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Automate tasks and integrate systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of professional experience in IT administration or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of network administration (firewalls, routers, VLANs, VPNs).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure), virtualization (Hyper-V), and backup solutions (Veeam).
- Familiarity with IT security concepts, cybersecurity tools, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing systems, automation (PowerShell), and monitoring tools.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A continuous learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
