IT Support Analyst
My Client is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading industrial organization operating one of the largest and most advanced processing facilities in Europe. This role involves supporting critical IT infrastructure across a large-scale manufacturing site, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions
- Respond to or escalate calls within given timeframes
- Install and maintain client systems (e.g., PCs, mobile phones)
- Assist in the development of test and repair processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Escalate to Level 3 Helpdesks when necessary
- Work with other technical specialists to resolve incidents
- Maintain and update internal Knowledge Management systems
- Ensure adherence to Data Protection and Information Security policies
- Manage IT hardware and software assets
- Liaise with external hardware/software providers
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- 3rd-level degree or relevant industry certifications
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft client/server applications, Windows OS, PC hardware, and networking
- Experience with tools like MECM, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, System Center DPM/Operations Manager
- Familiarity with cloud and on-premise business apps and patching tools
- Ability to manage security alerts and incidents
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with TCP/IP and diagnostic tools
- Desirable certifications: Microsoft Certified

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions in a user-friendly way
- Proven time-management skills and a team-oriented mindset
