Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing asset management within designated areas, ensuring the technical team possesses a thorough understanding of all equipment and systems. This is achieved through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring. The role may also involve responsibility for human resources, financial oversight, and collaboration with other key functions.

- Preferred experience with SAP Next / PM systems.
- Preferred experience with Calibration systems.
- Previous exposure to ATEX environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with planned preventative and proactive maintenance approaches.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Quality, Environmental Health, and Safety standards.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiar with GMP requirements within regulated industries.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and lead high-performing technical teams.
- Self-driven with a strong desire for continuous learning and taking ownership.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Methodical and process-oriented approach to work.
