This position offers a competitive starting salary of €33,300 per annum plus 8% and 20% shift allowance, providing a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling products is the main duty of a production operator.
- Assembling products involves using tools and equipment.
- Assemble and test products following established procedures and specifications.
- Work with Industrial Manufacturing & Electrical Systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Follow strict workplace safety and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Provide training and support to fellow operators when required.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- FAS training in electromechanical assembly is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
