Marketplace Consultant - Warsaw
Join our Client's team as a Marketplace Consultant and play a key role in helping Partners thrive in a dynamic e-commerce environment. Our client has over 300 million customers shopping on its platforms, and its third-party sellers account for over half of all units sold. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will strategically manage a portfolio of Partners, providing them with data-driven insights and tailored strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling Partner Management: Oversee a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies, managing timelines, and facilitating communications.
- Run Business Analyses: Utilize analytical tools to produce actionable insights and profound business recommendations based on customer data.
- Consultancy: Leverage your expertise to consult on opportunities and potential business impacts for your Selling Partners.
- Execution Support: Act as a reliable partner to guide Partners in executing strategic plans and resolving operational challenges.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust and strong relationships with Partners through collaboration and delivering results.
- Coaching: Educate Selling Partners on our Client’s solutions and updates to enhance their knowledge.
- Recruitment: Identify and engage prospective Partners for our program based on their needs.
- Business Reviews: Prepare and present performance analyses for monthly discussions with Partners.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Own a specific topic within our service organization to support peers and improve processes/tools.
- Local Adaptation: Develop and tailor processes to meet the unique needs of Partners in your region.
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills.
- Experience in consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/e-commerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, or supply chain management.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data interpretation.
- Knowledge in strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to independently attract and manage clients, particularly at the executive level.
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
