About the Role:
My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires strong time management, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, etc.) and respond or redirect as necessary.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documents.
- Assist with event planning, including logistics, catering, and coordination of guest lists.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the executive team with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years in a Senior PA or Executive Assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
