CPL Limerick are recruiting for a Part time Administrator with high level administration experience to join our client in Nenagh Co. Tipperary to join their busy team to work on a contract basis.
This role is based in Nenagh Co. Tipperary, working 3 days per week on site.
Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties :
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Updating shared folders
- Liaising with family members
- Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
- Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
Skills / Experience
- At least 6-12 months of professional clerical/ administration experience desired
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
- High attention to detail and organisation
