We are seeking a Policy and Compliance Specialist to design, implement, and enhance the organization’s compliance framework, ensuring alignment with internal policies, legislative requirements, and regulatory standards. This role will collaborate with the TMO project management team to design and enhance project-specific policies, processes, and associated documentation. The position requires a proactive, future-focused individual committed to fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Please note this is a 1-year full-time contract.
This is a hybrid position based in our Dublin 2 offices.
Job Description
What you will do:
- Draft, review, and implement company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and compliance-related documents.
- Maintain version control and coordinate the production and review of policies, procedures, and associated documentation.
- Manage the core document register, ensuring timely review, approval, and publication of all core documents.
- Collaborate with document owners to ensure consistent application of policies and processes.
- Develop and manage compliance plans, including control assurance and compliance reviews.
- Conduct internal reviews and audits to assess compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update organizational policies to ensure adherence.
- Design and deliver training programs on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and present compliance reports and KPIs to senior management.
- Support project-related policy and process design, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
- Lead assurance activities, including compliance reviews, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ideation, problem-solving, and collaboration.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum); PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
- A strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
- 3+ years of experience in policy and process development, compliance, and analysis, preferably in transformation or change management environments.
- Experience managing organizational operations and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.

- Implementing and managing compliance frameworks and assurance processes.
- Designing and delivering compliance-related training and process documentation.
- Change management methodologies, including benefits realization.
- Collaborative tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, project management platforms).
- Risk management and mitigation in complex organizational settings.
