What You'll Do:
- Comprehensive Process Management: Oversee and monitor value-adding and quality-relevant processes from development through to serial production, ensuring compliance with medical technical quality standards.
- Efficient Process Development & Optimization: Plan, manage, and develop processes for the production of our products, including risk-based analyses and defining control measures.
- Design Transfer Coordination: Lead the transition from development to serial production in product development projects.
- Regulatory & Technical Documentation: Create, review, and maintain technical, regulatory, and validation-related documents according to applicable standards.
- Production Support: Assist production from prototyping to serial manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: A degree in mechanical engineering, medical technology, or a comparable qualification, with several years of experience in process development, ideally in the manufacturing of medical implants and instruments.
- Experience in a Regulated Environment: In-depth knowledge of working within a regulated environment, combined with a structured and precise working style.
- Project Management & Analytical Skills: Strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to approach complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive Approach: Self-reliance, initiative, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Team & Communication Skills: Strong team player and excellent communication skills in German and English.
