Cpl have been asked to support our client who are a global leader and heritage brand name in the manufacture of complex medical device products.
The company are a pioneering specialist in the healthcare industry from vitro and vivo diagnostics, producing unique and market leading image-guided therapy equipment and cancer care products and treatments.
As their plant in Dublin continues to undergo a significant expansion in 2025, they are now looking to recruit several Product Builders for their team in Swords.
The plant itself is a Medical Device Manufacturing and assembly facility where you will be part of a team of high performing mechanical biased complex medical device product builders.
The job requires the Product Builder to have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical high-volume manufacturing.
Pleas note, this is a skilled role, and it requires all the product builders to manage the throughput of production in their Production Cell
The company produces a range of world leading Blood Analysing Scanners that are used in laboratories and medical testing and research facilities across the globe.
All the machines produced on this site are hand-built by a team of highly skilled Product Builder and Assembly Technicians in the Swords facility.

Working on 2 rotating shift patterns (7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday), they are offering an industry leading salary, bonus, pension, healthcare, overtime etc…
These job opportunities are for an initial 23-month (fixed term contract with the company direct)
These are not agency contracts; they are Staff employment contracts with a planned start date of Quarter 1 – 2025.

• The shift pattern is Days – 7am to 3pm Mon to Friday.
• Evenings – 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday.
Product Builder Medical Device Manufacturing:
• The job requires the Product Builder to follow a set of sometimes complex mechanical assembly instructions for the products at your work station.
• It is essential that to succeed as a Product Builder that you are coming from a high-volume manufacturing background with a minimum of 2 years direct experience in a high-speed high volume manufacturing environment.
• Product Builder should be able to multitask and solve problems that arise with the added support of your section mange if required.
• The Product Builders have full autonomy for their own work section and should have the ability to work on their own initiative.
The successful Product Builder will possess:
• At least 2 years high volume experience is required.
If you do not have a minimum of 2 years in mechanical or automated assembly, you will not be eligible for consideration and under the company’s FDA Manufacturing Licence, all their product builder are skilled employees with a minimum of 2 years of experience before joining the company.
• Product Builder must be able to multitask and have a proven track record or working in mechanical assembly or automated assembly environments.
• Be a good problem solver as you will be encouraged to work on your own initiative and still being part of a team of high perform product builders and you will be supported by an excellent management team.
• Experience in Mechanical assembly or sub assembly, cellular manufacturing, PC assembly or PC building, along with other mechanically biased high-volume industries are preferable.
Excellent mechanical assembly skills are mandatory requirement for the job.
