Production Assistant
The Production Assistant in the Production Business Unit will assist in management of production batch records within the site production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Acting as a point person for Nexus on 8-hour days and providing front-line support to end-users with problems they might experience:
- Monitor PI sheet.
- Monitor / maintain virtual areas.
- Monitor / account for non-routine material usage.
- Review new manufacturing, cleaning, set up tickets and update current revisions as appropriate on Regulus.
- Review manufacturing tickets versus goods movement report. Investigate significant discrepancies. Ensure 100% data integrity when errors have been detected.
- Assist Operators with Scanning issues, e.g. over / under / key component. – Minimum!
- Involved in Production BCP activities.
- Provide emergency Tanker Unloading / Solvent Recovery area support.
- Complete IIT, FIT and Stability testing.
- Review Cleaning tickets on certain rigs and monitor/report for completeness as they are executed
- Provide a consistent documentation approach across all rigs.
- Production release of GMP tickets for all rigs, e.g. GDP, attachments are present, CPP review, etc.
- Track documentation errors across team / shift and highlight common problem areas of tickets.
- Work with production operators / chemists / production assistants / QIT’s to address areas of concern.
- Support OSSCE implementation in your area.
- Raise Level 1 Quality Deviations for all rigs.
- Manage ticket room and the flow of completed production tickets.
- Routing of new and revised procedures/, batch records and compliance documents in document management system.

· Demonstrated Good Documentation Practices and compliance with procedures.
· Self-motivation with the ability to operate without close supervision.
· The job may involve some non-scheduled call-in time to respond to plant emergencies, etc.
Educational Requirements:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent education or experience.
