Production Team Lead

The successful Team Lead/Supervisor will be managing a Team of 12-15 Operators approx primarily on days. Some Team members start at 6am and some finish/will be finishing around 8pm, we are also looking at growing the Team who would work on a bit later. We are looking for an experienced person used to managing teams, driving continuous improvement and that culture, used to reporting out on KPI’s, developing and motivating their Team to meet production targets. They also must come from a GMP environment where quality is at the heart what they do.
