Cpl are expanding and we are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant in the midlands of Ireland to join our team. The Role:
· Build personal book of business with all clients in the midlands of Ireland.
· Predominantly focusing on a commercial desk – Permanent & Temporary
· Meet or exceed target fee’s & KPI’s, through development of long-term client relationships.
· Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and employer branding.
· Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends and attending industry events.
· Take ownership for personal and professional development
· Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
· Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
· Manage recruitment administration tasks including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client.
Skills Required:
· Proven experience in a 360-recruitment agency role – Desired
· Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
· A proactive person, who can spot an opportunity and action it without instruction.
· Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
· Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
· Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude
· Customer centric
· Is proficient in working off own initiative.
· Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
