Cpl’s transportation client in South-West Dublin have an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Administrator for a 6 month contract, working full onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support through the recruitment and selection process
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- First point of contact for all recruitment related queries
- Manage the recruitment process from posting job ad to hire
- Advertise all vacancies
- Management of recruitment related documentation, and recruitment correspondence
- Interview scheduling
- Facilitate and prepare for recruitment assessment days
- Prepare and maintain related recruitment reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist the HR department with all recruitment activities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1 years’ experience working in a busy recruitment administration role
- Interview scheduling experience
- Proficient MS Office experience .
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention for detail
