Recruitment Sourcer
Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to join our team in Galway on a hybrid working basis. Cpl Healthcare’s projects team support our customers in the Healthcare sector with their healthcare recruitment requirements.
As a Recruitment Sourcer you will be responsible for finding talent using various recruitment sourcing methodologies.

Job Overview:
- Provide Recruitment and Talent delivery services for our clients
- Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
- Engage candidates pro-actively and support candidates on their job seeking journey
- Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area to which you specialise
- Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure our database is up to date and of the highest quality
- Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous recruitment sourcing experience in an agency environment is desirable
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Business or equivalent degree
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and a high-quality experience
