About My Client
Based in Nenagh, this forward-thinking company is at the forefront of modular construction in Ireland. They're not just building structures; they're creating homes and transforming lives. Their work spans from complete modular homes to innovative bathroom pods for larger developments.
The Role
As their new Revit Modeller, you'll be instrumental in their digital transformation journey. With BIM becoming increasingly central to their operations, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a BIM Manager role as the company expands.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage Revit models for modular homes and bathroom pods
- Work with their passionate design team on BIM digital twins
- Collaborate with external partners, integrating IFC models
- Ensure compliance with building standards
- Be part of a mission-driven team making housing more accessible
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of hands-on Revit experience
- 3+ years in 3D CAD (construction sector)
- Understanding of modern construction methods
- Ideally, experience with Light Gauge Steel construction
- Most importantly: passion for making a difference in people's lives
Hours & Location
- Based in Nenagh (on-site role)
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
