Role Overview
- Technical know-how: Solid knowledge of SAP modules (BASIC, MM) and experience in user administration
- Problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking, structured working methods and the ability to solve complex problems
- Communication: Excellent German language skills (C1/C2), strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation: Empathy, patience and a focus on customer satisfaction
What you should have:
- Providing L1.5 level support for SAP applications
- Solving technical problems and faults
- Ensuring the optimal availability and performance of SAP systems
- Supporting and advising users
- Compliance with service level agreements
