Senior Data Analyst - 6 Month Contract Fully remote (must reside in Ireland) Expereince in Data Analysis, Compliance Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring and Testing required As a Senior Data Specialist, you will be working closely with the Teams and assisting with their needs for data extraction/analyzation and metrics/dashboard creation and optimization, so as to advance their efficiency and effectiveness in assessing business operations in compliance with regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) ● Enhance existing and build new analytics that demonstrate the Teams’ achievements ● Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from one or multiple sources with actionable insights to support the Teams’ ongoing assessments of business operations ● Synthesize data learnings into thematic insights and communicate them to internal stakeholders ● Develop/refine/automate core metrics, dashboard and reporting to measure business performance and provide real-time insights to stakeholders ● Enhance existing and create new sampling methodology that is statistically justifiable and easily repeatable ● Conducted statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, leading to improved resource allocation and cost savings ● Other duties as assigned What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements) ● Hands-on experience in developing and producing metrics and reporting ● Proficient in data analysis using industry tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, SAS) ● Great knowledge of statistical sampling concepts and experience in applying them ● Experience in at least one programing language (preferably Python) ● Ability to independently create outcomes for analytics projects/tasks ● A track record of delivering innovative solutions timely and accurately ● Strong communication skills ● A self-starter with multi-tasking ability ● Intermediate to advanced level in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets ● B.A./B.S. degree in business, statistics, and other related fields Nice to Haves ● Experience with and/or keen interest in cryptocurrency
● Understanding of CQA and CMT - audit-like functions
