Here’s what we’re looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage key financial processes including.
· premium collection,
· claims payments,
· bank reconciliations,
· Stripe management,
· financial controls.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
· financial operations,
· strong technical accounting skills,
· familiarity with payment systems.
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
managing relationships with our banks and payment providers and providing management information (MI) reports on financial operations. You will also be responsible for reviewing aged debtors, managing claims payment control accounts
To succeed in this role, candidates should hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
· Have at least five years of experience in financial operations, particularly in premium collections, claims payments, and reconciliations.
· Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly accurate and detail-oriented, and
· Excellent communication skills for engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Experience in process improvement, project management, and insurance will be advantageous.
