Talent Acquisition Specialist - German speaking
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Dublin, hybrid
Currently looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to grow a German speaking team with our client. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting relevant talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the success of their business. You will need to have experience with all parts of the recruitment experience from dealing with hiring managers, screening, interviewing and making recommendations.
You will be working with attracting and developing talent in offices across Europe including Germany, Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands.
Duties & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment from sourcing to offer.
- Building Talent Pools to ensure future needs of the company
- Manage stakeholders and partner with hiring managers to ascertain needs.
- Conduct interviews over phone, video, and in-person with candidates.
- Support and promote the company’s employer branding initiatives.
- Do relevant market research and stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the German-speaking job market.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management,
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills are essential. Strong proficiency in English is also required,
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good experience in sourcing through a variety of channels.
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.

- Comfortable working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
- Cultural awareness of the nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.
SALARY
35.000 Euro per Annum + Commission.
