Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support (email/chat/phone)
- Address customer inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients, offering first and second-line support.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Make outbound calls for administrative tasks such as collecting feedback and sending payment reminders.
The requirements:
- Sovereign communication skills in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian, with basic proficiency in English.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (ideally, not a must)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic technical and administrative knowledge.
- Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (after consultation possible)
- Great flexi working hours: Mon-Fri+ WE: from 8:00-8PM or 10AM-8PM.
