Technology lawyers - if you are interested to pivot your career to an inhouse role, our client are looking for their next hire, someone who will come in and work closely with the Lead Counsel in Ireland, and also interact with colleagues in the States. Key relationships will include the Lead Counsel in Ireland and the legal team in the U.S - this is a very flexible role, you can work office based or from home, it is permanent and will appeal to those who have an interest in A.I, data analytics and technology in general. You will also interact with teams across sales, operations and product.
- You are commercially minded with contracts experience - in particular tech agreements such as software licensing, SAAS etc.
- Au fait with data privacy/protection and security measures/requirements
- Advisory - be a point of contact/a 'go to' for queries around contracts
- Strategy - work on policies, regulations and implementation of these
- Support the lead counsel in Ireland/Assistant General Counsel
- Risk management / Litigation management
- You have a solid tech law background/experience/knowledge
- 3 - 5 years PQE
