Responsibilities
- Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules
- Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries
- Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations
- Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
- Log and check all travel agency invoices on a weekly basis.
- Prepare high quality monthly travel reports for the payroll team.
Requirements
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience working within a travel admin role (required)
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments
- Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
- Extremely proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred
- Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field desirable
- Must be available to commute daily to Dublin 22
- This is a fully onsite role on a temporary contract with a view of permanency for the right candidate
