Your mission...
This position has the primary responsibility of shipping both inventory and non-inventory items. Ensures that the appropriate documentation and filing are complete for shipments. Completes transactions in the ERP system.
Your every day...
•Tracks shipments, deliveries and orders using UPS, DHL and FedEx Online Software.
•Coordinate shipment of product to authorised sterilisation company / other sub-contractors.
•Ship test samples for LAL testing, sterilisation, dose audits, bio-burden testing, and peel testing when needed.
•Understands and follows Import and Export Compliance Procedures using the Automated Export System.
•Understand and follows the comprehensive list incorporating parties REQUIRED to be screened according to the United States Government's export laws and requirements -the MK Data Denial List.
•Receive and deliver packages and product.
•Keep warehouse areas neat and organised.
To thrive in this role, you need...
- Experience in the field desirable
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in German and English
- Good Communication, Listening and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and Attention to detail
