The Wellbeing Specialist will work closely with the Wellbeing Team and internal teams and is accountable for monitoring, evaluating, and documenting wellbeing initiatives. Providing support as needed to meet goals and expectations. The Wellbeing Specialist must work closely with management to support and drive wellbeing results within the organization. This is an administrative and people facing role. The successful candidate will be accountable for promoting a culture of wellbeing within the organization, delivering training and presentations, logging and analysing data, developing and implementing wellbeing initiatives, and working closely with stakeholders and client to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all employees.
Minimum Criteria:
- Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree/qualification in Psychology, Human Resources, Public Health, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar wellbeing, HR, or administrative role
- Must not be in any other recruitment process.
Duties and Responsibilities

- identify potential risks or issues and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects and day to day tasks

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Some weekend work is also required.
