Refer-A-Friend
If you refer a friend who is NOT already on our database and we SUCCESSFULLY place them, you will receive a minimum of £300 AFTER they have worked 300 hours.
Self-Referral
If you want Cpl UK Healthcare to represent you, you can refer yourself for a pre-arranged role. This can be a new position from direct communications with the client, or it can be a current role that you wish to transfer to us. If you source your own roles, we will offer the most competitive rate we can offer; and if you are transferring your placement to us, we will increase the rate if it is possible to do so. The role must NOT already be on our database in order for you to receive £300 AFTER you have worked 300 hours.
Job-Referral
If you refer a job role to us that we ARE NOT currently aware of, you will receive £300 AFTER we have placed into the role and 300 hours have been worked.
