Cpl’s sustainability group, Cpl Green Works, along with our Leadership Team are currently creating a sustainability strategy that will heavily impact our daily actions and create clear sustainability goals for the Cpl Group.

Our 3 core sustainability pillars are:

  • The environment
  • People
  • Ethics

Some of the initiatives currently in place include paperless onboarding, the replacement of single-use cups and cutlery in offices with reusable cups and cutlery and strong encouragement to use sustainable suppliers. Longer term initiatives will include building upgrades and investment in more sustainable ways of working.

Our Sustainability Aims

The Environment

Remove all plastic bottles and single-use coffee cups from Cpl.

We’re also in the process of introducing a plastic free pilot to one Cpl clinet site with a target reduction of 60% by the end of Quarter 1 (30th September 2019.)

People

Achieve recognition through the ‘Investors in Diversity Ireland’ programme.
