What We Did
In 2013, Regeneron was relocating a European HQ to Ireland and a Centre of Manufacturing excellence. Cpl was engaged exclusively to support them on this startup. Regeneron selected a brownfield site in Limerick, the old Dell facility, and transformed it into Limerick’s first biotech facility, with ‘state of the art’ capability. In our first 10 months of recruiting for Regeneron, we reached our 50th hire.
How We Did It
Since our relationship with Regeneron began, Cpl has successfully placed 572 candidates across several different departments including Engineering (including Validation, Process, Automation, Project, Maintenance and Facilities), QA, QC and Supply Chain roles.
These placements have included permanent, temporary and contractor labour. Cpl provided Onsite Service Management to Regeneron with a dedicated Recruitment team for all permanent hiring.
This onsite resource included providing initial HR and legal guidance, training of hiring managers in competency-based interview techniques, supporting the development of an Employer Branding proposition, HR admin, support & full onboarding of new hires, weekly talent meetings with hiring managers, job order management, interview scheduling, interviewing, diary management and competency interview services and selection and management of Third Party Vendors.
We also partner with Regeneron in our US office.
