The Investors in Diversity mark is Ireland’s only all-encompassing Diversity and Inclusion mark for business and is proudly supported by IBEC and the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion.
By achieving the Bronze award, Cpl has proven its commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.
This accreditation runs from December 2020 and remains valid for 12 months. Cpl’s aims in 2021 and beyond will be to continue to build on the strong Diversity & Inclusion foundations that we have built in 2020, with a view to achieving the Silver and eventually the Gold award, as we continually evolve and improve as an organisation.

All People and Community activities are guided by SDGs 3, 4 & 8 to address specific issues that are important to our people and our clients and in our most recent Sense of Us survey our inclusion scores ranged from 90-96%.
