Cpl is delighted to announce that we have been officially recognised as the 11th Best Large Workplace in Ireland in 2021. This is our 7th year in a row in the Best Large Workplace category and our highest ranking to date.
We were recognised at the 19th annual Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Ireland awards through the first virtual award ceremony last night, March 10th.
This is Cpl's seventh year to be named as a top Irish workplace, which is assessed through Great Place to Work's robust 'Trust Index' employee survey and a thorough 'Culture Audit' assessment of our policies and practices.
We were thrilled with this achievement and we are also honoured to be recognised as a Great Place to Work for Women for the 2nd year in a row. This accolade recognises organisations that foster a high-trust culture and great work environment for everyone in general, and also creates a positive and supportive workplace for women in particular.
