A biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to identify, develop and deliver life-changing therapies to people living with rare diseases was launching in Europe and needed to build out a Talent Attraction Strategy relevant to the EU market.
Future of Work Institute worked with their EU & Global teams in US in collaboration with their Heads of HR and Marketing teams to build out a People Value Proposition that was aligned to their global brand and relevant to driving attraction in the EU as they were in scaling mode.

Meetings with internal stakeholders to gather insights, current employer branding strategies, EU objectives and relevant data, insights and timelines and ensure alignment with the organisation's EU objectives and Talent Strategy
A series of workshops with the SLT to establish the Essence of the organisation and using our bespoke PVP Assessment tool
A series of co-creation workshops to create key themes that align with the organisation's mission, purpose and business objectives

Following the above approach this resulted in the development of a tailored PVP Playbook document for this organisation aligned to their EU objectives and ensuring brand alignment. It included the key principles of their PVP, language and visuals to be used internally and externally, and an external engagement strategy to ensure candidate attraction and alignment with the talent strategy. The Playbook serves as the foundation for their Talent Attraction Strategy for the organisation and supports the recruitment of key talent for their EU hub.
