Donna has over 8 years’ recruitment and staffing services experience in Australia and Ireland, working in sectors including Technology, NFP, Science and Engineering. Helping businesses to grow, attract top talent and meet their operational and strategic objectives is at the heart of what Donna does.

In her current role, Donna is a Service Delivery Manager within the Enterprise Solutions Group of Cpl and is based on a client site and delivers recruitment solutions to support her client needs as part of a global MSP operation.

Donna’s onsite role is business-led and involves Recruitment, Training, Payroll, HR Management, Operational Management and Financial/Commercial control.

Donna is passionate about service delivery and delivering the best results and service for both candidates and the client.
