I have been in and around the recruitment industry for over a decade, both in Sales and Operations, working in PLC and SME and start up environment. My 4 main priorities within Cpl UK are to: drive sustainable growth, profitability and efficiencies through recruitment technologies and good process, ensure costs and supplier spend is in line with our needs, commercialise existing opportunities within the group and to expand our reach and services within the UK.
