Stephen has over 20 years domestic and international recruitment experience across multiple industries operating from both internal TA and RPO perspectives. He specializes in providing excellent client service through partnering closely with his clients by gaining a deep and thorough understanding of their needs & requirements, their organizational culture and values, and delivering against these requirements in a professional and timely manner. Within his tenure with Cp's Talent Evolution Group, he has worked with clients who are new to the jurisdiction as well as those going through various project ramp-ups. He holds a BA in Economics and Geography as well as a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the National College of Ireland.
