Earlier this week, May 1st, Cpl launched the newest office in the Cpl Group - Cpl Sandyford with the help of Ireland Rugby Coach Joe Schmidt. On the day Joe shared insights into how to build and maintain successful teams, as well as his experiences with overcoming challenges through resilience and teamwork.

Cpl Sandyford - Growing Local Business
Libby Kelly, Cpl Technology, and Lisa Holt, Cpl Managing Director, opened this office to better support our existing clients and potential new clients and candidates. We felt we could support the South County Dublin district better by adopting a more local and strategic approach.
The competition for finding and keeping good talent is high, so we also wanted to give our employees more options of where to work and broaden our flexible working benefits which we've noticed candidates and employees requesting more and more.
As part of the launch, we are delighted to welcome our new Associate Director Ciarán Bergin, who will be leading our Sandyford team. Currently, the Sandyford team are largely focusing on technology specific roles, growing business in the area and connecting with businesses to help grow their own businesses.
