German-Speaking Account Executive Wanted!
One of our clients, a fast-growing and dynamic IT company, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join their expanding sales team!
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from qualification to demo, through to closing deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with key clients, and managing multiple prospects simultaneously with minimal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with leading companies in your market/region.
- Drive business growth and expand the client base.
- Develop and execute a long-term sales pipeline strategy.
- Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
- Support the success of your peers.
- Exhibit values of accountability and effort.
- Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives.
- Expand your skill set by participating in adjacent tasks over time.
Your Profile & Skills
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling to C-Suite/Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain.
- Ability to effectively qualify, position, and close deals.
- Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders.
- Results-driven, enthusiastic about achieving and surpassing targets.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
- Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals.
- Aren't afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improve.
- Strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement.
- Adept at influencing and relationship building.
- Encouraging of your team, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.
- Full authorization to work in Ireland without any restrictions.
